We came to Kerry with fairly specific goals in a tough market. As first time home buyers, we were a bit clueless when it came to the process of searching for and purchasing a home. Kerry took time to explain things and was always transparent and realistic about what we could be facing in a tough buyers' market. She was always available to answer questions and counsel us through the process. Each week, Kerry helped us develop a strategy and adjust the strategy based on what was on the market that week. She had a great grasp on the local market and what would be required to obtain each house. She was incredibly responsive and was seemingly always available to answer our calls and texts. At the end of the day, she got us a great house in our preferred location for under asking in an extremely difficult and frustrating market. Even beyond the buying process, Kerry has helped us every step of the way with referrals for contractors and prevented us from becoming overwhelmed as first time home buyers. You definitely want Kerry on your side - you won't find a harder working agent.
